Alaska Road Trip

Many take cruises around Alaska, but we opted to spend 14 days on the road, and were able to see so much more than just the coast. We took a flightseeing tour,  camped in Denali National Park, hiked Matanuska glacier, ice kayaked, toured a Musk Ox farm, visited a Gold Mine, learned how birch syrup was made, and so much more!

North Queensland in 10 days

A 10-day road trip through North Queensland included glamping in the Daintree Rainforest, visiting a bat hospital, scuba diving from a liveaboard on the Great Barrier Reef, hiking to the base of Wallaman Falls and more! Wildlife sightings included bat colonies, koalas, wallabies, a cassowary, and a platypus. A truly unforgettable adventure.

Springtime in Southern Germany 

An unexpected business trip that fell on our 25th wedding anniversary led to an extraordinarily beautiful road trip through Southern Bavaria. 

 

New Year's in Las Vegas to Bryce Canyon to Zion National Park 

I booked our flights, accidentally including more time than we needed for Las Vegas, which allowed us to turn this into a road trip to see Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park... in the winter. Totally stunning!
